Warranties

Warranties are made by the respective product manufacturers, so the warranties offered here are the same as the products’ factory warranties.

General Product Warranties

The below is the general warranty except for LRS-brand products.

  • Products are covered by their respective factory warranties.
  • Products are usually warrantied for one year.
  • Warranty periods start from the purchase date.
  • Warranties are voided if non-user-serviceable items are opened or item seals are cut or broken.
  • Warranties do not cover abuse such as damage from dropping, power spikes, water, etc..

LRS Product Warranty

  • LRS system products are warrantied for one year. (“Systems” are complete new sets, usually including a transmitter, pagers and a charger.)
  • Parts and components are warrantied for 30 days, or until the end of your system’s warranty, whichever comes last.
  • Warranty periods start from the purchase date.
  • LRS warranties are voided if non-user-serviceable items are opened or item seals are cut or broken.
  • LRS warranties are voided if LRS products are shipped outside the US.
  • Warranties do not cover abuse such as damage from dropping, power spikes, water, etc.

Returns

Please Call for Support First! Issues with new pager equipment are often easy to resolve at your location with help from customer service. Please use the phone- it’s usually much better than email for solving problems.

  • Products, if defective, will be replaced under terms of their warranties (as above).
  • Equipment may be exchanged for upgrades or for the correct items for your application.
  • Range expansion solutions are available to increase signal coverage areas.
  • Some range solutions are as simple as moving the equipment a few feet. Pager systems, like all radio equipment, are sensitive to their location relative to sheet metal and interference. Sometimes just moving transmitters away from a metal wall or off a metal surface can make a big difference.

Return Policies

Return Periods

  • LRS-brand products are returnable if the return request is within 15 days of delivery and the actual return is within 30 days.
  • Other brands are returnable if the return request is within 30 days of delivery and the actual return is within 45 days.

Exchange Period: Exchanges are only available during the return period as above.

Return Authorization

  • Contact us before making any return shipment; returns MUST be expected, approved and return instructions, which vary by product, must be provided.
  • Returns usually require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers, which are required to be part of the return address.
  • Do not ship returns to us without our authorization in any event.

Returned Item Condition

  • Returned items need to be in nearly unused condition, with all of their original parts, accessories and documentation.
  • Return items should be shipped in as much of their original packaging as possible and packed in such properly to prevent shipping damage.

Refunds

  • Full refund of the item purchase price is made except in the conditions as follow.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Returns may be discounted or refused at our discretion if the return is incomplete, or in unacceptable condition, or returned later than in the return period allows.
