Shipping & Rush Orders

Delivery Time: Normal delivery with standard shipping within the US takes three to seven business days, depending on your location.

Rush Orders: If your order is urgent and you want assurance of immediate shipping, you must call us at 805-375-7000. The availability of rush shipping for all items at all times is not guaranteed and is subject to many factors such as daily shipping deadlines, current workload, backorders, and so on. But we do our best to meet your requirements in any event.

Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available to most US locations. Friday overnight shipments are normally delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested by phone.

Physical Shipping Addresses Required: Most of our shipping is via UPS or FedEx, which do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide your street address and not your PO box for delivery purposes. (But PO boxes are ok for your credit card billing address.)

Shipping Refunds: We do not refund for failed expedited shipping unless the carrier refunds to us per their policies for their delayed guaranteed deliveries (which typically only applies to overnight services).

Restrictions on LRS Products: LRS-brand products may be delivered to US ADDRESSES ONLY. All other brands are OK for international shipping.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is usually via USPS Mail except for certain high-value items.
  • If you need faster or more secure shipping than USPS mail, complete your order and then call 805-375-7000 to adjust the order.
  • Our shopping cart shows correct shipping rates for most US domestic deliveries only and usually must be adjusted for international orders.
  • Our shipping rates do not include fees for customs, brokerage, VAT or other local taxes or charges that may be applied at your location. Expect to be contacted by your local shipper to collect any such additional fees.

Adjustments to Shipping Charges: In the event that actual shipping costs are significantly higher than what our shopping cart calculates, we will contact you about making adjustments to the final shipping costs.
